Well who could have possibility thought that once we got into the joy of writing restaurant reviews, we would find so many great places here on Staten Island.  Well, So many is not to say, but a few very good one’s and Vida is definitely part of this list.  First of, I must say this is only one of the few “Culinary” World food on Staten Island, that serves dishes that take long time to cook and a very long time to prepare.  Many meals that are served here take many hours and some are even prepared the day before and cooked over night.  The menu includes pork specials, Broiled pork, duck, chicken and the other various forms of food that we can consume.  Of course the way each is prepared is where the description can take place.  Well we have enjoyed Duck with little gold nuggets as an appetizer which adds delicatessen flavour to the entire meal with the home made “Sangria” right in front.

The Food is Truthfully hard to describe and the menu changes constantly (Which is the reason we did not put it up), but it is worth a try and we know you will be back for special occasions.  Although the good food may bring a bit of a negative to this place especially with all the out of townees visiting here this place can get a bit cramped, so its possibly not the greatest choice if you are planning for a quite getaway with a special loved one.  Enjoy it as it is great.
