The brand new sandwich bar Chex Alex opens at 72 Ralph Avenue in Bedford. The bakery serves sandwiches and desserts in Brooklyn and offers TAKE OUT service. The restaurant features special breakfast menu which consists of a variety of rolls and which is only served from 8 AM to 11 AM.

The main menu includes a number of sandwiches for example the Morello Sandwich which is made up of Goats Cheese, Roasted Peppers and Salsa Varde. The restaurant is open from 8 AM to 7 PM Mondays to Fridays and 10 AM to 7 PM on the weekends.
