Cipura restaurant opens on Emmons Ave

It’s a beautiful new full service Restaurant, Bar and Private Party spot opens right on Emmons avenue overlooking the water.  Official Grand Opening is JUNE, 2016 and we have got the complete walk-around for you.

The restaurant is Casual yet very inviting and great for a simple lunch to a romantic dinner and everything in between.  Private Parties, Birthday gatherings and the restaurant even offers delivery to the entire Sheepshead Bay and surrounding areas.

Cipura opens it’s doors for Breakfast and features a complete Mediteranean offering starting with it’s ‘House Special’ Cipura Breakfast Platter which is served with Kassari Cheese, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, jam, honey, black and green olives, salami, choice of omelet or boiled eggs and served with a pot of coffee or tea.  Full selection of Omelettes, Poached Eggs Benedict, Toast dishes such as the Ayvalik served with Souljouk, Turkish sausage, Kashkaval Cheese, Russian Salad and Pickles with Tomatoes.

Lunch options include the beginning Wraps including the Chef Special a Char-Grilled Meatballs rolled up in traditional wrap with babaganush, lettuce, pastrami, kassari cheese, onion and tomatoes. The menu options continue to Gozleme, Cigar Rolls and Pasta dishes such as the Seafood Linguini, Turkish Meat Dumplings and Pesto Pasta.

Dinner is a whole different ball game, large selection of Seafood, Meat and Appetizers include all the standard Meditarenean salads along with a unique set of appetizers such as the Raw Russian Shooters Oysters a Signature dish of Plumb Juicy Oysters shucked and place in a shot glass with cocktail sauce and horseradish – A dish stated on the menu as “Only Available Here”.  Char Grilled Octpus and few others sit on the Cold Appetizer menu.

Hot Appetizers include Fish Patties, Shrimp Kadayif, Pan Fried Liver Cubes, Braised Mussels, Grilled Halloumi Shish, Black Sea Anchoives and the Silver Fish. Large Seafood specialties on the entree’s side offer the Royal Dorado, Mediterranean Sea Bass (Branzino), Rainbow Trout, Red Mulled, Baked Special Rainbow Casserole, Red Snapper, Fillet North Atlantic Salmon, Salmon Casserole, Grilled Shrimp Skewers, Whole Flounder, St Peters Fish, FLounder FIllet Baked Special and the Octopus Casserole baked with mushrooms, tomatoes, red and green peppers, garlic and topped with cheese.

Complete selection of Meat and Chicken dishes include Rib Eye Steak, Char grilled meat balls, Lamb Chops and Chicken Kebabs. Finish the night with Napoleon cake and other desserts such as Fruit Tart and Ferrero Rocher Mousse.

The restaurant offers a buetiful view and caters to all special occasions. Open 7 days for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and late night.
