Yes, a while ago someone in a local blog stated that someone should open up something at 738 Franklin Ave.  Well here it is, we have Pearl an Indian (halal) restaurant offering both Dine In Wait Staff and Delivery to the neighborhood.   The place features one Large Dining Room, two rows of tables and single tables at the front.  The two rows can be used for corporate lunches especially since they promote this on the menu (50% off executive lunch for dine in only.

Okay anyways lets get to the details.
Pearl offers Lunch Box Specials to go, for $8.50 you get a choice of four boxes each one is already served with Rice, Naan and Chutney and it’s available Monday through Sunday:

1. Vegetables Platters includes 2 vegetables of the day, 1 which you can choose
2. Tandoori Platter offers a choice of Chicken Tandoori or Chicken Tikka
3. Chicken Box lets you choose Chicken Tikka Masala or Chicken Curry
4. Lamb Box gives you options of Lamb or Goat Rogan Josh or Korma

The other special they have going is a complete dinner where you get to choose 1 Appetizers and 1 Entree for $13.95, this type of meal includes Basmati Rice, Naan Bread, Cucumber, Raita (Yogurt) and Mango Chutney with all orders
The selection is wide, will have your taste buds for Indian Cuisine boiling.  Check out the Standard Samosa, Paneer Tikka from the Appetizers Menus.

Let’s go through a quick over-view of the menu.  Seafood offers items such as the Pearl Prawn Curry, Goan Shrimp or Salmon Curry (Fresh Coconut Milk), Malabar Salmon, Cat Fish Curry and the most pricey of the items at $14.95 is the Kerala Boatman’s Crab Curry which is crab curry prepared with black peppercorn fiery red chili’s  mustard seeds and coconut.  If you try it please upload your photos here or directly to the restaurant page.

Vegetarian plates gives a big choice with items like the Aloo Jeera or Aloo Tomato, Vegetable Jalfreze, Daal Makhani, Bhindi Masala.
Naan’s go for $2.95 plain to $3.95 with toppings. Lamb and Goat Masala, Chicken Korma made from cashew sauce.
