It’s a Fast Asian Dumpling concept serving Russian Cuisine.  There are plenty of places to get “Dumplings” around Brooklyn, but this place is actually introducing something different.  It’s a Russian Style Dumpling which comes in just a few flavor options.  Classic made with Pork, Veal, Beef and Onions.  Chicken Breast with Onions and Carrots, Wild Shrimp with Cheese, Spinach and Feta Parm, Loaded Potato and Cheddar, Cheese Cake and Sour Cherry.

You can top off your Dumpling with a Roasted Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic, Fried Onions, Sliced Picke, Bacon Bits and a dipping option such as Sour Cream, Garlic Sour Cream, Sriracha, Kitchen, Spicy Mayo and Vinegar.
