On the menu is most of your standard Japanese food with the addition of BBQ Stick specials which can be ordered as appetizers or just quick pass-by snacks.  Beef, Lamb, Chicken Wings, Squid, Oyster, Corn, Fish Balls, Fish Tofu, Taiwan Hot Dog, Mackerel and Bacon with Enko Mushrooms are all featured options at this restaurant.

What Sushi Factory does is add a Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice. For $6.00 you get choice of Apple, Orange, Cucumber, Watermelon, Carrot, and a mix of juices any style you like. Lunch can be had for $6.95 2 rolls or $9.95 for 3 roll options.
