It’s a brand new Cozy little Chinese Cuisine which is a hands on family run establishment.  This new restaurant is bringing some of the finest authentic Chinese food that Bensonhurst has seen in a while.  Szechuan Garden is not a run-of-the mill Americanized “Chinese Restaurant”, it is however a Chinese Restaurant serving the community unique food not found at standard restaurants.

So what’s on the Chef’s Special at this new boutique of a Chinese restaurant – Fish Head with hot Chili Pepper, Steamed Fillet Fish with Spicy Black Bean Sause.  Various dishes such as the Coconut Shrimp, Dragon and Phoenix, Sauteed Triple Delight and the Four Season dish made with Chicken, Pork, Beef and Shrimp served with Mixed Vegetables in a Brown Sauce.

Dishes here use fresh ingredients, hot green peppers and sauteed chilli’s.  The restaurant is also serving a Borsht soup as well as Corn with Spare Ribs, Chicken With Mushrooms, Wonton Soup and Mixed Vegetables in a noodle soup.   Health Diet Menu comes with many options, steamed chicken with broccoli and snow pea’s, while available at standard menus, this is Chinese style preparation.

Szechuan Garden is also serving up some traditional Congee, a cooked down rice dish that has all of the minerals your body needs made with either Chicken, Shrimp, Beef or Pork along with Preserved Egg.  Seafood options such as Scallops, Shrimp, and Fillet Fish is also available.

Szechuan Garden is open 7 days for lunch and dinner delivery, take out, but it’s primarily focused on Dine In.
