Enjoy Easter Sunday at one of Staten Island’s Dining Establishments.  Whether you are looking to enjoy a delicious brunch with a Mimosa in hand, or relax over dinner with a glass of wine, we have many dining specials and ideas below to entertain you and your family.

 

The Hilton Garden Inn

Brunch at Nicotra’s Ballroom with the Easter Bunny, Balloon artists, and live music.  Seating is from 11am-3pm at $49.95 per person (children under 12 are half price).

Dinner at Lorenzo’s which includes a traditional four course Easter dinner with elegant piano music.  Seating is from 1pm-6pm at $44.96 per person.

The Stone House

Brunch, with seating options at 10:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, and 12:30PM.  It is $35.95 per adult and $21.95 per child.  They will be featuring many stations which will include a full brunch buffet, egg and omlet station, pancake station, international cheeses, gourmet desserts, and much more!

Dinner is from 3:00PM to 10:00PM at $49.95 per adult and $27.95 per child.  The menu includes appetizers such as fried calamari, lamb meatballs, sweet potatoe stuffed mushrooms, and more. There is also a choice of salad, follow by many dinner options which include pan seared salmon, roasted spring chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables, roast pork loin in a caramelized pineapple cherry pepper sauce, and then the cherry on top of a delicious meal, the desserts!  Cookie butter mousse with cookie crumbles, amaretto cheesecake, and nutella panna cotta with strawberry coulis and crushed hazelnuts.

Bocelli

Dinner at $55 per adult which begins with Primi options such as antipasto freddo Toscana – marinated peppers, mushrooms, and bocconcino mozzarella, prosciutto, salami, and grana padano; Insalata di mare “amalfitano” -a medley of assorted seafood with virgin olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs; and many more options.  Secondi options are petti de pollo Alla Toscana – breaded breast of chicken stuffed with prosciutto cotton, fontina cheese and chopped black olives in a sweet vermouth wine and mushroom sauce; Carre di agnello– macadamia nut encrusted roasted Australian rack of lamb with a garlic /menthe sauce, and more.  All entrees are served with a side of vegetables and a starch of the day.

The dessert assortment consists of a trio of chefs selected deserts such as traditional grain ricotta torte, chocolate petite spring four, casata casalinga, along with the option of American coffee, tea, or espresso.

There is also a kids menu at $25 per child which offers balsamic mozzarella n’ tomato and a choice of ziti with meatballs or chicken fingers with fries, and a house dessert.

MAX’S ES-CA

Brunch will be served from 10:30am-1:00pm at $37.95 per adult and $19.95 for children 10 and under.  The menu has many stations such as a carving station with NY strip steak and pork loin; an omlette station with cheese, spinach, ham, onions, muchrooms, and peppers; fresh fruits with cereals, granola, and yogurts, as well as fresh baked goods such as mini muffins, assorted breads, and biscuits.  There will also be a buffet which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, home fries, pancakes, waffles, smoked salmon with capers and onions, and more!

-Unlimited bloody mary, mimosa, and sangria is an additional $10 per person.

Max’s dessert options are cheese cakes, crème brulee, chocolate fountain, and more.

Nino’s Restaurant

Offering a dinner menu which offers many appetizer choices such as mozzerella caprese, caesar salad, house salad, fried calamari, and baked clams.  There are also pasta choices of rigatoni filetto di pomodoro– fresh tomato sause, basil, onion, and Italian bacon; penne alla vodka– tomato sauce with a vodka reduction, parmesan, shallots, and a touch of cream.  For the main course, there are 2 menu options.

Menu option 1: at $43.95 per person:

Chicken spiedidi– chicken rolled with parmesan and mozerella cheese topped with seasoned breadcrumbs; Veal Marsala– milk fed veal sauteed with fresh mushrooms and herbs in a sweet marsala wine sauce; filet of sole oreganata– broiled and lightly breaded in a white wine sauce topped; and salmon– broiled with dijon mustard on the side.

Menu option 2: at $50.95 per person:

Rabbit cacciatore with green olives, celery, and carrots in a tomato sause; striped bass marechiara in a fresh tomato sauce surrounded by mussels; lamb chops– grilled to your liking with peppercorn sauce on the side; and shrimp stuffed with spinach, chopped calamari, crabmeat and breadcrumbs.

All entrees are served with potatoes and a vegetable of the day.

Childrens Menu is at $23.95 with an appetizer of ravioli in marinara sauce and an entrée choice of chicken parmigiana with french fries or chicken fingers with french fries.

The dessert menu offers choices such as homemade tiramisu, homemade italian cheesecake, chocolate mousse tortoni as well as a choice of coffee or tea.
