Bon Chon leaves, Mad for Chicken arrives

It’s true! Bon Chicken chicken leaves the island and the same owners re-open up ‘Mad for Chicken”. They state the concept is the same, same cooking, flavoring and menu is very similar (Will be updated tomorrow). For the main part, the thing that changed is the name.
