The menu reads Island Bay Grill and Lounge is a sexy soul and Caribbean food restaurant.  The food is delicious and the prices are beyond reasonable.  Island Bay Grill and Lounge is a wonderful place where you can feed your body, enjoy music, watch sports while feeding your Soul!  The restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner daily except they are closed on Sundays.  Steamed Foods are available upon request, the menu features Whiting, Tilapia, Fried Shrimp, Pan Roasted Tilapia, Gourmet Burgers, Fried Chicken and Gourmet Burgers.

Sides include Coleslaw, candy yam, macaroni and cheese, rice and peas.  The restaurant told us they serve Jerk Chicken but the only thing we can find on the menu is a Jerk Chicken Sauce. Let’s hope the chicken is on the menu.
