Grand Opening: Phil Am Kusina

On Tomkins Avenue in Rosebank, Staten Island gets it’s first Authentic Philippine (Filipino) Cuisine.  We love new things on Staten Island as it creates diversity and gives us options.  The management of Kusina states they are very authentic with everything from traditional brunch to main entree’s dishes and even plans to add a “Kamayan Night” (Food to eat with hands) at some point in the future.
