The restaurant that received a lot of mixed remarks when we originally announced the coming soon of Michael’s Martinis – is Finally Opened!  And we have the interested menu listed on WhereYouEat – Michael’s Meatballs and Martini’s Listing  It’s definitely unique and interesting concept to Staten Island, it’s actually wonderful that we are seeing a lot of new out of the ordinary openings on Staten Island lately (View other openings in this blog).

Okay lets take a look at the establishment, Michael’s features Outdoor Dining, a Martini Bar and linen dining room and it really has the casual feel of stopping by for a martini and some meatballs :).

The main part of the menu features of course Meatballs and includes items such as Stuffed Meatballs with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Salami, Provolone, Roasted Peppers, Spicy Capicola garnished with Capers and Olive in red sauce (Okay, i’ll be back to finish the article later :), just Kidding).  Veal and Ricotta, Cheese and Sausage, Veal and Pork, Beef, Vegetarian Meatballs, Sweet and Sour Meatballs fill the rest of the main part of the menu.
A wide selection of Appetizers (two full pages) with items such as Grilled, Sweet and Sour, Crispy Beer Battered Calamari, Sinatra Scallops, Chicken Skewers, Meatball Sliders, Boneless Short Ribs and many more apps to get the party started.

Grilled Pizza is also served with options of Rustica, Caprese, Pesto, Sausage and Peppers as well as some in house specialty’s.  Panini’s, Salads and Pasta fill the rest of the menu up to the Entree’s which offer a selection of everything from Angel’s Tilapia, Shrimp Twist, to Rib Eye Steak and Filet Mignon.
