A new Japanese Cuisine serving South Shore Staten Island opens up in the heart of Rossville.  Misaki Sushi and Japanese cuisine offers a casual atmosphere featuring a full bar, offering dine in, take out and free delivery around 3 miles. Misaki features a standard Japanese menu with all the regular soups such as Miso, Mushroom and Seafood as well as a Kimchi Seafood soup not found at many other places.  Appetizers such as Shumai, Age Tofu, Rock Shrimp and Grilled Squid fill the Kitchen Apps portion.  Misaki features a Special “Super Special List Appetizer” which includes K-mac sliders made with Chopped Tuna, Rice Tempura Flakes, Scallion Tobiko, “Patties” topped with avocado, romain heart and spicy mayo on a rice cracker bun.

Sushi and Sashimi goes for $2.5 to $4 for regular rolls with a few specialty prices for King Crab, Live Scallop and Fatty Tuna having a natural Market Price.  Special Rolls such as Cinderella, American Dream, Hole in One and Lobster Tempura are found on the menu go for around $12 per roll.  Regular Rolls have a price point of $3 to $5.  Misaki also features and serves a complete Kitchen Entree menu with fish such as Tuna Steak, Chilean Sea Bass, Basil Chicken and Shogayaki.  Teriyaki, Tempura or Misaki Lamb Chops are also served.  Bento Boxes have a price tag of $17, Hibachi goes for around $19, Hot noodles for around $12.
