It seems like some locations are just doomed for failure.  While the South Avenue has grew in the past 5 years with the Asian Market, Planet Fitness and the new DMV – it is probably just nearly impossible to survive in the restaurant business without having a local neighborhood residential following.   Bisslee had a great reputation serving a simple menu of Burgers and Panini’s, but the location is far away from any residential area.
