European Restaurant Amadeus opens in New Dorp
Staten Island hasn’t seen a new European restaurant in a few years already and Amadeus is changing that with a complete main menu along with many banquet party menu options. Being a European cuisine Amadeus is designed to accommodate parties and of course the chef’s are well versed and experts in the field.
Excerpt from the menu reads: “This menu is based on natural local and seasonal products from farmers of the Staten Island region. We consider that the gastronomy itself begins where the product reigns. By placing an order with us, you also make contribution to development of modern Russian and American cuisine and farming of our community.
The restaurant itself is located right at the top of New Dorp lane, one block over towards Richmond town, on the Second Floor. The original location of Villa Portofino years ago, followed by a few restaurants in-between including a Mediterranean eatery, another Italian restaurant and a pizzeria.
