The restaurant brings an identical menu from the other spots of Fushimi, they currently have 4 total locations, 2 in Brooklyn and now 2 in Staten Island.  Their slogan reads Modern Japanese Cuisine and Lounge.  Signature special rolls, regular classic rolls as well as Entree’s from the kitchen and Sushi bar are standard on the menus.
