The owners of Alor Cafe on Richmond Road present Staten Island with a new and unique dining experience.  Pasta from around the world is the main concept of Alor Cafe Pasta and the menu is simple enough to offer every kind of option your taste buds desire.  The atmosphere is casual enough for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the prices seem very reasonable.  Alor Cafe has always surpassed with the quality and uniqueness of each menu item they serve and they say they will keep the same foundation for the new location.  Sandwiches have always been a treat at Alor, items such as the Signature Sandwich can be had for $6, Chicken, Goat Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Balsamic Glaze.  Flatbreads go for $5 and have always been a favorite.

The Pasta featuring items such as Calamarata is served with Shrimp, Crab Meat, Calamari and Tomato Clam Sauce.  Papardelle is a Beef Short Rib with Caramelized Pearl Onion.  In the mood for Thailand, the Rice Noodles come prepared with Chicken, Cabbage, Carrots, Pepper, Garlic, Peanuts and Tamarind Sauce for $9.

The Concept is an open kitchen and the pasta is prepared in house.  The chef takes special accommodations for Gluten Free Options.  Each menu item is available Gluten Free, made with Spaghetti (Quinoa) and Penne (White Rice, Quonoa and Corn).  Dessert offers unique items such as Fried Spaghetti which is served with Banana, Caramelized Walnuts and Chocolate Syrup.
