It’s a first – a Mix of Jamaican and Ecuadorian Cuisine is, a Fusion as some may call it is now opened on Staten Island.  With Jerk Chicken on the menu, a simple straight forward menu with some meals, including breakfast , Curry Shrimp, Cheese Empanada, Jerk Chicken Breast, Seafood Mac and Cheese, Red Snapper, Seafood Soup, Fried, Jerk, BBQ, Stewed or Curried Chicken the restaurant brings some new well needed flavor to the St George area.

It’s a take-out only restaurant, delivery is available a few hours in the evening usually local when the driver is available.  Tropical Rythm, D & G, Manzana and tropical juices are available as well.
