Staten Island’s first West Indian cuisine opens in the Port Richmond section of Staten Island.  Finally a place to get Jerk Chicken on Staten Island, Rusty’s is a Restaurant and Bar style type of establishment, but it seems as the liqueur licence is not available on premises at the current moment of the opening.

The restaurant features an bar upon entrance, dining area in the back and a visible kitchen where the Chef outputs magic, hopefully :).
Appetizers such as Jerk Wings to Jerk Shrimp and Escovitch Codfish are on the offerings. Wide selection of Entree’s such as Jerk Chicken, Curried Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, Oxtails, Curried Goat, Steamed Red Snapper Fish, Jerk Salmon and even Rasta Pasta fill the rest of the menu.
