Another “different, away from the ordinary” restaurant opens up in the New Dorp section of Staten Island; Simply Asia.  Bringing together a very ‘Simple’ straightforward menu with Ramen, Chinese Entree’s, Japanese Rolls and Japanese Musubi being the main focus of the restaurant.  Something new Staten Island has never seen before is the Sushi Burrito.  For $7.95 you get Sushi Rice wrapped in a Seaweed Nori with Furikake, Cucumber, Avocado, Masago, Eel Sauce and Spicy Mayo along with a choice of Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Shrimp Tempura, Crab Stick, Roast Pork, Eel or Cooked SHrimp.

Simple Asia is currently open 7 days per week with a Grand Opening promotion of 10% OFF all orders as well as Free Bubble Tea with purchace of $15 or more (not to be combined), currently only Take out and Dine in (Fast Casual type of atmosphere) is available.  Other items served at this restaurant include Pad Tahi dishes, Kimchi Korean Cuisine, Bento Boxes in a choice of Teriyaki and Tempura, Chinese style entree’s such as Sesame Chicken and Basil Beef.  Combo rolls as well as Hand Rolls and Sushi.

Prices for entree’s and dishes vary at the $7.95 to $8.95 while the bubble Tea can be had for $2.50
