Monday, May 13th is the planned opening date for the classic, full service diner and the location is South Shore, Rossville section.

The pictures on the listing page and below are before the place is setup, taken while its still a work in a progress, but you could have a feel, it will feature an ice cream casing with all the toppings, shakes, smoothies, desserts.  It fits so well into the neighborhood, easy accessible from the communities sitting on Rossville avenue.

A comfortable laid out open dining area with booth style seating surrounding the interior dining area.

The menu does feature a complete diner style offering option.  Breakfast Specials to start off the day, items such as Two Eggs any style, French Toast, Pancakes, Breakfast Sandwich, Build your own omelette all go for around $7.99 to $12.99.  Stewarts all American Breakfast for $14.99 comes with Choice of Pancakes, French toast or Waffle served with Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Two Eggs and Home Fries.

The main menu starts off with Legendary Floats – The Stewart’s world famous Root Beer Float for $5.99, choice of Soft Served Vanilla Ice Cream or Hard Vanilla. Stewart’s, known for it’s dessert classics starts the menu with Ice Cream Delights, Banana Splits, Brownie Sundae.  It’s probably to let you know to make sure to save room for dessert. Classic Shakes, Funnel Cake, Old Fashioned Egg Cream along with various cake options continues.

The food offers nearly everything a diner would, appetizers such as Mozzarella Sticks, Wings, Chicken Fingers, Pickle Fries, Hummus followed by Quesadillas with your choice of meat to the Classic Nachos.  Salads, large variety of burgers and the BBQ Burger section featuring BUBBA’S Q pork. Section of Hot Dogs, Philly Steaks and a signature American Style sandwiches served on a roll with lettuce and tomato.

Wraps, Panini are on the menu as well.  Continue to the Stewarts Entree’s where you can order Full Rack Boneless Baby Rack Ribs, Roast Beef, Baked Meatloaf, Roast Turkey, Grilled Chicken Breast.   Mike’s Greek Corner features section of Gyros, Chicken Kabobs, and Spinach Pie platters.  This restaurant is actually owned by Mike of Mike’s Diners.
