Grand Opening: House of Crabs

In a place where there is a shortage of Seafood Restaurants opens up House of Crabs.  A restaurant located at the previous location of LaBotte (Hylan Blvd), completely renovated yet keeping the similar structure and layout comes a joint with various Crabs such as the King Crab Legs, Snow Crab Legs, Dungeness Crab and Rock Crab.  The menu features a variety of everything from Salads such as the Greek to New England Clam Chowder, Manhattan Clam Chowder and Shrimp Bisque.  To see the complete menu click the link below

The restaurant offers a biography of each type of crab, which adds some flavor to the whole dining experience.  Appetizers are mainly Shrimp, Crabs, Escargot, Mussels, Calamari and wings.  main courses feature non-seafood entree’s such as the Chicken, Steak and Hen.  White Seafood Pasta is a mix of seafood for $16, Whole Flounder, Pangasius Filet all go around the $20 range and come with a choice of a side.  Surf and Turf as well as Lobster is found on the menu which served with 2 1 1/4 pound lobsters.
