A Brand New Sandwich Shop opens up at 658 Grand Street in Williamsburg. It’s a “Sandwich Shop” with a whole lot of creativity and unique items, the profile reads “All of our sandwiches are made with fresh European style Artisanal breads, cheeses and meats from selected farms that maintain the highest standards of the craft.”
While most of the menu features sandwiches, this take out establishment features “Tramezzini” which are tea time sandwiches served on soft white bread with a choice of Tuna and Celery, Smoked Salmon and Scallion Mayo, Egg Curry, Goat Cheese and Cranberry. Soups of the Day and Chill of the Day comes in option of Beef, Turkey or Vegetarian.
Okay now to the main part, Sandwiches: The simplest starts at PB & J which is Chunky peanut butter, raspberry jam on warm seven grain Pullman bread. Also the Decadent can be had for $4.25 which is Nutella spread, caramelized bananas pressed on the bread.
- Tokyo Breakfast (Sandwich) is Japanese style egg custard, cheddar cheese, smoked ham, roasted tomato and aruguala with dijonaise vinaigrette on warm brioche bread.
- American is a classic Cheddar Cheese on Sourdough Bread.
- Korean Sandwich is served with Spicy Kimchee, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo and banana peppers on a Ciabatta roll.
- El Latino sandwich is a Slow cooked leg of pork with fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and fresh black pepper on soft bread.
- Cuban Sandwich is served with Leg of Pork, Smoked Ham, Emmenthal cheese, sweet pickles and mustard pressed on soft bread.
Other sandwiches includes items such as the Norwegian (Smoked Salmon), Mexican (Pulled Chicken), Reuben (Pastrami). Salads, Sides and Desserts as well as Coffee’s and Sodas.
