Grand Opening: Dziupla in Williamsburg

A Brand new Authentic Polish Cuisine opens up on Bedford Avenue in the heart of Williamsburg.  The style of Dziupla is Brick Wall interior with a bar with 4 stools and about 8 cozy two-person tables fill the environment of this restaurant.   The restaurant opens at 6:30am for Breakfast, and serves Lunch and Dinner.

For Breakfast Dziupla features Dairy Free and Gluten Free Crepes with selection of Duck, Grilled Chicken, Three Cheese, and Sweet Cheese with Blueberry or Strawberry.  Organic Eggs come in choice of Eggs Benedict, Spinach, Smoked Salmon Benedict or various types of Omelets.   Served with Homefries and Salad.  Polish Kielbasa and Roasted Duck are available as sandwiches for the morning hours.

For Lunch the restaurant features Three Courses for $13, selection of soup such as the Ukranian Borscht, Various Entree’s such as Goulash, Pierogies, Greek Style Flounder and a Polish Dessert.   You can also choose Sandwiches, Pierogies or single Entree’s not part of the Three Course from the regular Lunch Menu.

Dinner selection give you some delicious sounding items such as the BBQ Wild Boar Ribs, Veal Shanks, Amish Raised Chicken Meatballs, Grass Fed Hanger Steak, Hunter Stew, Polish Sausages, Korubuto Pork Stuffed Cabbage and much more items is featured on the Dziupla Menu.
