Enjoy a wide range of Seafood cuisine and Sushi Bar at the brand new Chateau De Capitaine. The restaurant at Coney Island opens up daily from 11 AM -11 PM. The menu includes Salads, Smoked Fish, Seafood Salad, Cold Meat Dishes, Tartare, Carpaccio, Ceviche and Hot Appetizers such as Fresh Salad, Organic Green Salad, Red Caviar, Cured Mullet Caviar, Lettuce Wraps, Lobster Salad, Octopus, Chicken Platte, Tuna Tartare, Red Snapper, King Salmon, Escargot, Crab Cakes, Scallops, etc.

Chateau serves Butterfly Lobster Tail Garlic Sauce, Soft Shells Crabs, Creamy White Shrimp, Baked Sturgeon Tail, Rack of Veal, Chicken Tabaka, Fish Pie, Crepes with Seafood, Pasta, Mashed Potato, Miso Soup and much more!
