California Cafe brings some new flavor to the strip, Mexican Cuisine from the previous owner of Garibaldi Cafe in Stapleton, a well known Mexican restaurant with a similar menu.

The restaurant offers eat in with a coming soon bar full liquor and beer should be available. The menu features full Mexican cuisine breakfast, lunch, dinner, street eats tacos and tortas!
On the menu is “Rinconcito de la Birria” with option of Burrito, Quesadilla, Tacos or Torta all served with Birria style dip soup / sauce. The menu starts with Egg Sandwiches, Breakfast Platters, Omelettes, Wraps, Pancakes and in-betweens.
Unique items on the Breakfast menu include Mero Mero breakfast, served with Two Tamales, Fried Eggs, Chorizo and Eggs. Really sounds delicious!
