Suede a new Caribbean restaurant in East Flatbush offers dine in and take out services. The restaurant is open all seven days of the week from 11AM to 9PM. The Suede serves alcohol such as cocktails, wines, beers and Champaign. The restaurant menu comprises of Beginners or Appetizers such as Codfish Fritters which is traditionally seasoned fish cakes serves with curry mayo.

For main menu the restaurant serves a wide range of starters and other dishes to choose from such as the Curried Goat which comprises of stewed in house blend curry, scallions, onions, fresh thyme, all this served along with Coconut Jasmine Rice.
