Grand Opening: Banhmigos

By In Brooklyn, Grand Openings

A new Vietnamese Sandwich Shop opens up in Park Slope.  178 Lincoln Place replacing a previous local jewelry store with an authentic Banh Mi!

If you never tried a Vietnamese Sandwich, our suggestion is to get one right away, the concept is simple with a small menu but the sandwich is really delicious. Banhmigos serves the traditional Vietnamese Ham, Liver Pate and Roasted Ground Pork for $6.50, remember to order the way you like it, Mild, Medium or Spicy.
The other sandwich items are not so standard and each place features their own twist of a sandwich.

Da Jay is Vietnamese Style sweet marinated grilled pork, Poached and Shredded Chicken Breast, Oven Baked Sausage, Portobella Mushrooms which is Oven Glazed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sardines.  This establishment also features Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Served Fresh Green, Chive, Mint, Rice Vermicelli wrapped in Rice Paper and comes in Smoked Duck, Garden, Shredded Chicken or the Summer Roll. Salads and Vermiccelli Salad is also a food items served here but no Pho Soup (At least not yet), but then again the place is kind of small, featuring onlty about 5 chairs meaning there would not be enough room to let people stay for a while and eat soup.  Bubble Tea’s features a nice selection of Taro, Honeydew, Coconut, Almond, Thai and some more.

The Sandwich is bigger than the competitors in the neighborhood, overflowing with deliciousness, carrots, mint and meat.
