A Neighborhood hangout opens up on Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Cafe Chillo offers a unique “Chill Style” restaurant area which serves various boutique style sandwiches such as the Chillo Grilled Chicken Sanwich topped with Green Chilles, Avocado, Spicy Jack Cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.   Shrimp Roll served on a Hot Dog Bun.  The menu leans towards southern/Mexican with items such as Quesadilla, Tacos and Burritos filling parts of the menu.   Cafe Chillo serves a Pizza of the Week and has various daily and weekly specials on the specials board.

Entrees gives you a selection from the Grains and Veggies, Roasted 1/2 chicken, Pork tenderloin, Hangar Steak, Grilled Tilapia.  Breakfast, Pancakes and French Toast is all found on the menu.

The restaurant features a bar style seating area (Although no liquor licence just yet), may turn into a style dining area and offer delivery to the neighborhood.
