Grand Opening: Cent Anni opens it’s doors in Prospect Heights

Prospect Heights on Franklin Ave sees a new addition of a unique restaurant and bar offering Outdoor Dining and a unique selection of Italian Specialties. The menu reads “Buon Appetito” and gives a great choice from Crostini with Items such as Wild Mushrooms, White Beans, Roasted Goarlic and Pecorino, Liver Pate all can be had for $3.  Salads (Insalate) gives a choice of House Salad, Baby Spinach, Roasted Beets and the specialty Cent’Anni Caesar which is Black Kale topped with Anchovy-Seasoned Croutons.

The kids (Bambini) can enjoy their own specials such as Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti and Meatballs or the Chicken Parmigiana.  Paste (Pasta) gives a choice of al the main pastas, Rigatoni is using Grandma’s recipe of slow cooked Ragu with Meatballs and Italian Sausage, Orecchiette is made with Arugula Pistachio Pesto with Potatoes and String Beans, Penne, Spaghetti Al Limone.  Secondi (Courses) go for $15-$16, choice of Grilled or Pan Seared Skirt Steak, Salmon, Grilled Pork Chops and rosemary Chicken.
