Gorbals is opened Sunday-Saturday from 11 AM – 12 AM and offers Fermented celery broth, apples crispy parm; Broccoli, soy, chilies, vinegar; Rabbit, cherries, mustard; Hanger Steak, and onions; Braised Lamb Neck, creamy oats, mint; Pickled mussels, saffron, watercress; Porgy,radish, watermelon, bonito butter, etc.
