The Island Burger restaurant menu includes D Island Burger which comprises of a beef burger topped with pinapple, cole slaw, lettuce, tomato and garlic sauce and many more burgers with a choice of multiple toppings to choose from.

The sandwich bar in Brooklyn also serves BBQ Beef Ribs and Chicken Wings in a number of flavors. The restaurant offers side orders such as French fries and Sweet Potato and is open all seven days of the week.
