Kogane Ramen new restaurant in Brooklyn Heights opens its doors at 76 Henry Street. The restaurant serves 11:30 onward from Monday – Saturday and 12:30 onward on Sunday. The restaurant offers its customers with Dine in, Wait Staff and Take Out services.

The Kogane Ramen’s menu consists of Salads and Side Orders in a number of options such as, Calamari Salad which comprises of (Deep Fried Squid with Mixed Greens and Spicy Yuzu Dressing), Eel Gyoza (Eel, Water Crest and Mixed Herbs in Eel Sauce), Pork Jowl Buns (Steamed Buns, Braised Pork Jowl and Cucumber served with Spicy Mayonnaise).

A Special Feature which the restaurant offers each day is a Lunch Special which includes the Ramen Burger (Angus Beef, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Curry Sauce), Shoyu Ramen (Chicken Broth, White Meat Chicken, Fresh Corn, Menma, Soft Boiled Eggs and Scallion) and a number of other options to choose from along with a choice of interesting Toppings (Menma, Fresh Corn, Soft Boiled Egg, Noodles and Pork Jowl).
