A previous sushi spot called Kawaii and then U-Sushi has finally transformed into a fully new concept, sort off. Poke Sushi is a a new idea of Sushi in a Bowl, called Poke Bowl. Poke Sushi still makes the same original Japanese cuisine but adds Poke to the menu. It’s sort of like a Salad Bar from a Sandwich Menu, but it’s based on Sushi.

The dining room features a few table booth style for eating in and is also focused on fast free delivery and take out.
On the menu you have start of choosing a base for your Poke, Based on Rice such as White, Brown, Sushi rice or Salmon Skin rice (made with Salmon Skin, scallion, Masago and Spicy Mayo). Or go for a salad base such as Fresh Romaine or Spring Mix or use the Japanese Noodle for the dish. 10 Signature Choices including items such as Sea World, for $12.95 you get your Poke, complete with base of your choice topped with Scallops, shrimp, baby octopus, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumber, mango, sweet teriyaki, Poke Special sauce, red cabbage, seaweed salad, sesame seeds and peanuts.
Can’t find what you like, you can always build your own with nearly unlimited amount of toppins from Kani Salad to Radish Sprouts and everything in between, Mix ins such as Broccoli or Mango, Crunchy toppings such as Fish Flakes or Sunflower seeds and many more.
The rest of the menu continues with a straight forward Japanese cuisine menu. Appetizers such as Sushi Pizza and Tuna Tar Tar fill the menu along with Rolls, hand Rolls, Sushi and Sashimi platters, Tempura Rolls. Poke Sushi introduces Diet Rice, rolls made with no rice wrapped in Cucumber or other type. Naruto, Tango Tuna, Wonderful Roll wrapped with Pancake and a few others.
A full selection of Kitchen Dishes, Teriyaki Entrees, hibachi and Dinner Bento box fill the rest of the menu.
