The restaurant is a casual eat in environment comfortable for lunch or dinner or even a small gathering.

The menu offers a lot of options from the Uzbekistan region.  Lots of Salad options from the standard Achichuk to Tashekent made with Beef Tounge and white radish.  Morkovcha with Carrots and Dill or go for the Rayhon special a mixed green salad with cucumber, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, cheese and a special dressing.

Soups such as Shurpa an Lamb Stew with potatoes, carrots, peas and red peppers or try the Kharcho, a homemade dish with rice, vegetables, chopped beaf, red pepper, tomato and sliced garlic, greens and yogurt.

Appetizer options from Rayhon include Samsa, Beef Tongu, Liver Turkish Style, Crispy Manti and Crispy Dumplings. Cold Apps introduce the standard Eggplant Sauteed, Assorted Pickles, Yahna Meat and Herring. The main courses presents a lot of options – go for the Pumpking Manti, or the Chicken Tabaka, Branzini to Kazan Kebab and a whole range of various Shish Kebabs.  Veal Livers, Lamb Ribs, Shrimp, and Lamb Chops as well as Lulya Kebabs.
