Grand Opening: Melt Kraft in Park Slope

An Artisan Grilled Cheese cafe opens up in Park Slope (9th Street) Corner.  Melt Kraft Grilled Sandwiches are served with Covered Bridge kettle Chips or Salad.  The selection includes very unique items, Valley Thunder (12 Month) cheddar, Bubbe’s Brisket and Baked Macaroni and their own cheese.

Items such as Shepherd Classic, Goat Creme, Brielle and the Melter Skelter are all unique style Grilled Cheese sandwiches.  Various extras are unique include the sandwich Grilled in Duck Fat or Bacon Fat, Garlic Rub, Roast Tomato, Roast Chicken Breast or Truffle Oil.  Non-Grilled items are also offered and include Goat and Beets which is made with Brooklyn Brine fennel beets, local honey, caramelized walnuts, arugula, home made organic raspberry vinaigrette.

The Melt Kraft also offers Craft Beer served in 16oz pints, pitchers, or 64oz growlers, flights and seasonal selection are on board and the restaurant also features Natural Wines by the bottle.
