It is official, Staten Island’s first Vietnamese Sandwich is opening today (July 28th), in Great Kills.

The restaurant is small, made for take out and delivery, but does have a large table and a few window seats available. The menu is focused Vietnamese street food and Pho. On the menu is Vietnamese Sandwich and Tacos, your choice of meat, traditional Vietnamese is made with Vietnamese Ham, Liver Pate, Roasted ground pork. Other options include Grilled Pork, Chicken, Shredded Chicken, Beef Short Ribs, Portabella Mushroom, Tofu and Veggie Chicken.
For plates you could select a Green Salad or a Vermicelli Salad with choice of meat or protein served over. Rice Dishes and Pho is on the menu as well as Bubble Tea, Milk Tea and various beverages including Thai tea.
