Cabo

By In Grand Openings, Staten Island

After a small delay obtaining permission to get Cabo posted on WhereYouEat, and a massive amount of missing restaurant requests forms submitted, we are able to finally announce that we have the Menus & Photos posted on our directory.

The menu listed on the directory is currently the lunch menu, the dinner is the same with prices just a bit higher.  It should be enough to preview what they serve.

Cabo is an upscale Mexican Cuisine located in the  south shore (which is growing by the day) and it is a great addition to the island.  Design is very modern, beautiful bar upon entry with water-fall in the center, very neat dining room with booths on one side, very nice lighting and fixtures inside the establishment.

The menu features Tapas (Appetizers), Guacomole or Chipotle, Empanadas, Mexican Lettuce Wraps, Soft Mini Tacos, Ceviche, Seared Tuna.  Lunch Apps go in the price range of $7 – $11 (with some items going higher, made for sharing).  Link to full menu is at the bottom of this post.

Quesaddillas offer Chorizo (Mexican Sausage), Camarones (Shrimp & Salsa), Grilled Chicken.  Cabo Burger is 1/2 pound served with seasoned french fries.  Cabo Salads offer the Cobb, Grilled Seafood or Chicken, Arugula served with Pear Lime Vinaigrette, Pumpkin Seeds, Mango and Cotija Cheese.

The Cabo House Specials which just sound delicious, Alambre Skewers, Fish Tacos, Chile Rubed Steak, Agave Glazed Salmon, Red Snapper Varacruz, Citrus Glazed Porki, Fillet Mighon Mini Soft Tacos, Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Shrimp.  You can also find Sizzling Fajitas and Mexican Combo Platters.  Sides include Refried Beans, Guacomole, Mexican Corn on the Cob, Mexican Rice.

The menu is very unique to the island, especially to the South Shore:   Cabo Restaurant Staten Island.
