It’s a new Spanish Restaurant opened by the same management of Italianissimo in South Beach. Chef Franco is the owner and chef bringing some new fine Spanish food to the infamous location at West Brighton. The location has been going through constanst changes the past few years, from 747, a Steakhouse to Randazzo’s a Seafood Clam bar and a few others inbetween.

Casa Franco has underwent a few changes in design, but the layout is simlar and still features the second story dine in section which can be used for small gathering, small private events. The bar is spanning the front section of the restaurant and it is a one open dining room.
The menu, while not official – seems to feature a selection of Tapas, small Spanish tasting dishes can be had as appetizers or just small plates. Caesar and House Salads. Main items including Fish options, Salmon, Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Lobster and Potatoes as well as Meat options including Broiled Chicken, Lamb Chops, Pork Chops, Skirt Steak. Paella, traditional Spanish dishes come in variety of Valenciana made with Chicken, Catalan a Mixed Sea Food Option, Casa Franco is Spanish rice served with Whole Lobster mixed in, Chorizo and Mussels or the Vegetariana availalbe as well made with Seasons Fresh Vegetables.
Casa Franco is also serving Soup including the famous Galician Spanish Soup, Pastas such as Spaghetti with Shrimp in Fra Diavolo Sauce and has a few traditional sides including Plantains, Yucca, Beans and Rice.
