A new “True Coal Fired Pizza Oven” opens on the North Shore of Staten Island.  Ungaro Pizza Cafe, Artisan Pizza restaurant which has been under construction for quite some time has finally opened their doors.

The restaurant is currently open from 4pm to 10pm daily.  Please note our menu is Not Verified by the restaurant, we hope to get a physical copy in the coming days.

On the menu is Coal Fired Pizza along with Signature Pie made with Marinara Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Grated Cheese & Fresh Basil.  Choose Small or Large, Coal Fired Calzones are Baked to Order in Ungaro’s Coal Fired Oven, stuffed with ricotta and a blend of Imported Italian Cheeses.  Served with marinara sauce. Choose Large or Family Size.

A selection of Panini’s sits on the menu with a description of Home Made Artisan Bread cooked in a signature true coal fired oven.

Insalata, Salads are Crisp Gourmet Salads with Fresh ingredients made to order.  Some options include the House Salad with Mesclun Spring Mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumer, kalamata olives and choice of dressing. Apple Walnut Insalata, Cobb Salad and a few others.

Desserts section includes Tiramisu cup, Mini key lime cheesecake, Chocolate Souffle and a Frutti di Bosco a Mini Mixed Berry cake.
