Lately Greek Restaurants are opening up every where in Staten Island with the recent addition in the past year of multiple authentic Greek cuisines – and we have another one opening in just a few days. How Greek it is brought to you by the owners of Dimitri’s Gyro Joint in West Brighton will be serving up a full Greek Kitchen with homemade gyro’s, lamb and pork style available as well as kitchen specialties such as Moussaka and Greek Salads.

We also have word that Kuzina, the restaurant that replaced Zorba’s on Hylan Blvd will be opening up a location in Huguenot, the old “Burga” location as they have it.
Okay back to How Greek it is, the restaurant is replacing Cimmina Cafe which stood just under 6 months, the new restaurant will be serving pizza as well as all pizza specialties pies along with the Greek kitchen.
Food pictures are real dishes from the restaurant. It will feature a dine in area and be serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with free delivery being available up to 5 miles from the restaurant location.
The planned opening date is early September and the restaurant will be open 7 days from 8am to 9pm daily.
