Dedem is named as Butcher Grill & Gyro, serving Original Turkish Yaprak Doner Gyro and Turkish Oven Pide (Pies)

The menu offers all of the Turkish favorites such as Shepherd’s Salad, Avocado Salad, Dedem Special made with finelly chopped cucumber, onions, tomato, green pepper, walnuts, raisins, olive oil, pomegranate syrup and squeezed lemon juice.  Also on the menu is the Gavurdagi Salad.

Dedem plans to offer a free Island Wide delivery service.

The interior features a cafe style dining room overlooking the open kitchen cafe and gyro grill.

Dedem will be open 7 days a week and will offer catering for parties as well as dine in and take out.
