The GOAT opens in Dongan Hills

By In Grand Openings, Staten Island

It’s the infamous location of Rhythm and Brews, which was transformed into 5th and Vine on a reality show Bar Rescue.  That restaurant has closed somewhere at the end of 2016.  The new restaurant sitting at this location is the G.O.A.T, located at 1674 Richmond road, at the corner of Buel Avenue, the restaurant is currently in its soft opening featuring 20 Menu Items, on rotation for 3 weeks, after which the restaurant will select the most popular dishes and have an official Grand Opening somewhere early in January.

The restaurant is fully transformed once again, now featuring a Gold on Black design with an open dining area, room for a stage with custom sprayed garage style design and an open bar.

The menu, while it will be changing, the current opening is a glimpse of what the restaurant plans to server.  Wings, Poppers, Guacamole, Crab Cakes, Chili Bowl, Quesadilla, Loaded Fry Medly, Empanadas and Stuffed Bleu Cheese olives are the Appetizer portion of the offering.

The Entrees for the first weeks twenty items includes NY Strip Steak, The Greek Salad, American Cheeseburger and a Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter. Please note these may have changed by the time you are reading this. The official menu will be posted at the grand opening sometime early January.
