Grand Opening: Campania Staten Island

Coal Fired Pizza, originally opened in Bay Ridge, Campania moves it’s newest location into the previous spot of Nove (Italian Bistro).  As per previous interviews with the management, Casual Eatery was the reason for this expansion and change.  Campania is a place to sit down, enjoy some great pizza with a glass of wine (or bottle :).

The restaurant has been renovated and everything is beautiful done, yet still holds its style of casual dining, tables without clothes, beautiful full featured bar and tables a portion of tables that feature full opened windows that is just on the verge of feeling as outdoor dining.

The menu is also straight forward Classic Brick Oven pizza goes for $14 with a wide selection of toppings such as Sweet Sopressata for $4, Chicken for $5 and everything in between.   Gourmet Pies come in a variety of Red and White, including pies such as Margherita, Lombarda, Ortolano, Puttanesca. Funghi pie with Portabello Mushroom and Clam Pies.

The restaurant features selection Antipasto Apps such as Baked Clams, Pot of Clams, Focaccia.  Salads such as Apple Salad, Delle Casa with spring mix, grape tomato and balsamic.  Oven baked sandwiches come in 7″ or 14″ and go for around $7 to $20.
