The last location of Dugout Pub (South) has recently switched hands and taken over by new owners, the new restaurant is named Hylan Park Place and keeps a very similar look of the outside as well as the interior.  It is a neighborhood restaurant and bar with a full menu, which is similar to the Dugout menu which serves everything from standard apps such as Mozzarela Sticks and Chicken Fingers to the Build your own pizza and Burgers.

It is named a Restaurant Sports and Entertainment lounge and the place in the soft opening seems very comfortably and welcoming.  Open bar area, friendly security, welcoming bartender and just an open environment that Great Kills was longing for.

Hylan Park Place is open for private parties and features a private party room as well as an outdoor patio, full bar and on site parking next to the establishment.
