Inca’s Peruvian Kitchen opens on Lincoln Avenue

By In Grand Openings, Staten Island

It’s original name Inca’s Peruvian Cuisine (Grill) located in Grasmere on Clove Road is changing into a Kitchen and moving to a much larger location mid-island.  With easier access to more parts of Staten Island, Inca’s can now serve a much larger radius than ever before.  They take over the building of John’s Pizza and bring some new flair to the neighborhood.

Okay, the restaurant is not a complete Grand Opening, but it is a Relocation and sort of a grand opening for this neighborhood.  The chef puts out a simple straight menu with some of the most unique dishes Staten Island has seen.  While doing our grand opening walk-through, we saw people eating and simply saying how the food is amazing, a dish we noticed the ‘Parihuela’ a Peruvian Seafood soup with steamed tomatoes, aji panca and mixed seafood in a seafood broth was simple awe looking, definitely put it on a try list, and will be trying really soon.

While we did get lucky to try Inca’s one time in it’s earlier days, the location was a bit inconvenient for us and have never ordered out, now it’s closer to home so we will be sampling out the Cibiches, De Fondo Dishes and Pollo platters.  The restaurant has it’s original Lunch Special for $7.50 – 1/4 chicken with Salad, French Fries & a Drink.  Free Delivery is available through WhereYouEat Online Ordering on Staten Island!  Enjoy and remember to share a review of the restaurant on their page.
