The menu features traditional recipes and sauce cooked from the early 1900’s.  The About us says “Mom’s pizza is traditional homemade cooking. Mom’s sauce started in the early 1900’s and is still the original recipe. Everything is cooked up fresh when ordered, using only the freshest and finest ingredients to make our special dishes extra special” – And the menu does offer old world cuisine along with full kitchen items, Italian homemade cooking and promises to use Local Ingredients and Fresh Produce! The pictures of the food look delicious. Sicilian Pies use the little peperoni cups which rice up on the sides – usually a sign of quality for the rest of the food.
