A brand new virtual kitchen ‘New Manor Sushi’ opens to serve the Manor Heights section of Staten Island. New Manor Sushi focuses it’s menu on setup with appetizers such as Edamame, Shrimp Shumai, Gyoza, Maru Maki, Rock Shrimp, Crispy Calamari and Scallion Pancakes as well as Pork Buns, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Fried Oysters.

Standard Japanese soups such as Seafood Miso and Chicken Egg Drop start the section as well as Seaweed Salad, Avocado and Spicy Kani Salad. Large selection of Regular Rolls fills the menu with options such as Cucumber, Avocado, Salmon, Eel, Spicy Tuna, California, Spicy Crab, Philadelphia, Tuna and Tempura options.  Sushi and Sashimi come in 2pcs per order with options such as Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, Crab and Eel.

Chef’ Special Rolls include Green Dragon, Black Dragon, Bad Boy, Volcano, New York, Tokyo and Angry Dragon. Kid’s Box options include optiions such as Chicken Teriyaki, Shrimp Teriyaki, Edamame, White Rice and NY Steak.  Continuing down the menu New Manor Sushi offers Teriyaki Dishes, Hibachi Options served with Vegetable, Gyoza, Soup and Salad, Rice & Noodle Boxes.

The restaurant is adding a twist to it’s standard menu with options such as Sushi Burrito, as per description All Come with Avocado, Cucumber, Sesame, Fried Egg, Spicy Mayo, Eel Sauce, Surhi Rice and Seaweed Roll.  Options include Vegetable, Spicy Crab, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Roast Pork and Ninja – A Shrimp Tempura, with Spicy Tuna inside.

Party Tray’s as well as Maki Roll Combos are on the menu as well.   Ramen, served with Egg, Fish Cake, Corn, Bamboo, Wood Ear and Scallion can be had here with Tonkotsu Pork Broth and Pork Belly, Chicken, Roast Duck Ramen, Seafood Ramen made with Chicken Broth, Shrimp, Scallops, Squid and Crab as well as Vegetable Ramen made with Miso Soup, Mushroom, Spinach and Tofu.  Bubble Tea is on the menu as well as various homemade iced teas, mango milk tea and a few others.

Lunch options includes Maki Lunch and Kitchen Lunch Teriyaki or Hibachi dishes.
