New Peruvian Restaurant opens in Westerleigh

It’s Official! Staten Island’s 3rd Peruvian restaurant is finally opened in the Westerleigh section of Staten Island – And they have some goodies for the neighborhood.  Original owners of Pio Pio a Brooklyn Hot Spot, Cuzco specializes in Peruvian Style Spanish Cuisine with a focus on traditional dishes, combo platters and Rotisserie Chicken.

The restaurant takes over the spot of Baroma Bar and Bistro, also older spot to a Karaoke Bar and Grill that stood here years ago.  Featuring open dining area, on-site parking and a few personal combos that offers something different to the area.  Ceviche de Pescado a dish made with Sliced Fish marinated in lemon juice.  Ceviche Mixto another traditional dish made with Squid, Shrimp, Mussles and marinated in Lemon Juice.  Perosonal combos on the menu feature 1/2 Chicken with Rice and Beans or Rice & Salad.
