The Jimmy Max replacement is finally here and it is opened by a famous Staten Island Restaurateur Kim, previous owner of Dock’s Clam bar on Page Avenue. Noto’s is a Clam Bar and Brick Oven pizza at the heart, along with a complete menu for Lunch, Dinner and Catering.

The restaurant is one open dining room with bar style seating overlooking the brick oven and kitchen. The menu starts of with Raw Bar options such as Raw Clams with options of Little Neck, Top Neck or Cherry Stone. Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail and Raw Tower are all options from the starters.
Clam Bar Specialties are all served in a sweet, medium or hot Marinara sauce. Calamari, Shrimp, Scungeli all part of this section with option to add Linguine to any order for $5. Similar to the previous restaurant, “Causi” is featured on the menu as the main app, the Overstuffed Artichoke, named for Joe Causi favorite item. Baked Clams, Oysters Rockefeller stuffed with spinach, lobster roll, Meatball Appetizer, Wings, Clams, Nachos and Eggplant Stack are a few items on the appetizer section.
Noto’s continues to 12″ brick oven pie’s. Whether traditional, Artichoke and Spinach or the Quattro, the restaurant does offer quite a selection. Chicken Madonna is served with Rigatoni pasta, sauteed chicken, mushroom & artichoke hearts in a brown cognac sauce, Pasta Nera a seafood dish are a few pasta item selections available.
Dinner Options at Noto’s Casa “House” include chicken options such as Elvis Duran, Veal selections include the Veal Spedini, Meat items such as Skirt Steak and Pork Chop Cavolfiore all sit on the menu along with a 24 oz ribeye steak served sizzling or charbroiled. Seafood ‘Pesce’ items include Filet of Sole, Shrimp Scampi, Seafood Fra Diavolo, Shrimp Parm, Oreganata or Stuffed with Lump Crabmeat.
Lunch is served until 3pm daily (not sure about the weekends yet) but Hero’s, Wraps and Lobster Rolls are available as well as bowl dishes like the Apollo Shrimp Bowl served with Roasted Shrimp, Mixed Grains, Fresh Herbs, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onions and Feta. Shrimp, Calamari and Asparagus bowl goes for $15 and comes with Red Leaf Lettuce, boiled shrimp, calamari, asparagus tossed with garlic, oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The restaurant also features a Clean and Healthy Menu served on special kinds of bread and uses Cauliflower Croquette instead of Potato. Catering is posted on the site as well and includes all options such as Pasta, Lasagna, Manicottie, Tripe and even soups can be had by the quart.
